Following arduous activity and excellent collaboration between Caterpillar and Wayne Metals, LLC, we are proud to announce that we have received the Caterpillar 7 Steps to Weld Excellence certificate.  The final audit was conducted on August 14, 2008.  The plaque was presented by Charly Ugorji, Caterpillar Supplier Development Engineer.  Receiving the award for Wayne Metals, LLC are Rollyn Coverdale, Senior V.P. of Operations and Michael Cavins, Weld Engineer.  The surrounding photos are of our Welding Teams.
